"It's hard not to love any time spent at Broulee, especially when it's a great location, close to the beach (surf club), and close to the shops, cafes and brewery. House is perfectly comfortable, but fairly basic. Overall a good base for a family beach holiday."

Dark, dank, dirty
"Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely."
