Great location. Close to the city centre. Loved how the room catered for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children). Room was clean and comfortable and spacious. The staff at reception were also very helpful. Our room was facing the side of the bar, which was noisy late at night. Not really an issue if you are a heavy sleeper.

Clean room although small . Cleaned daily and fresh towels every day . Very convenient less than 5 minute walk to Market Square. Ideal for few days stay in Brugge would stay here again .

This was a fantastic hotel. It’s stunning inside and out. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are amazing. I would recommend staying here and I will be back next time.

Super cute boutique Hotel in a great location and a beautiful city. The rooms were decorated in a beautiful old-school style to match the history of the hotel, but still very modern. very clean and friendly staff. Fantastic location to the heart of Bruges

Excellent location very near the city center, near a bus stop, near the free shuttle and easy access to most everything you would want to see and do In Bruges. Has some construction being completed in the rear courtyard but soften being unsightly was no bother. Room is small but quiet. The air conditioning is ok but not great. Staff is wonderful and location can’t be beat

Rooms are excellent however we got placed in an attic bedroom with the sloping roof presented a distinct safety has it as a person getting up needs to crouch over to leave the bed. It is very easy to crack one’s head very very hard on the edge of the sloping ceiling. We pasted up a T-shirt rolled up onto the edge, such that if anyone did hit their head, they wouldn’t split their skull open. make sure you do not up in the room with the sloping ceilings

Such a great location to the market square and the shopping streets. The hotel staffs are lovely, the room is spacious and clean. I was surprised this is only a 3 star hotel but it looks more like a 4 star hotel! Thank you for making my stay so comfortable in Brugge. ☺️

Room only had one physical key that was needed to both open door from the outside as well as lock the door once inside. The door could not be unlocked from the inside without the key This was very inconvenient given that my sons went out at night and had to call me to let them in the room - otherwise I would’ve been locked in with no way out if there was an emergency. Also, the twin beds were not comfortable.

The hotel location is perfect. It is a walking distance to the city centre and the historic centre of Bruges. The breakfast wasn't included, but it was excellent. We were happy to pay 17 Euro / day. We would recommend this hotel.
