Wonderful!
Wonderful stay at Dukes Arches. Staff were very welcoming, hotel beautiful and in an excellent location, so close to everything. Breakfast was superb, as were drinks in the bar. Spacious bedroom with very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel advertises that it has air conditioning. But there is no option for individual room temperature control - it is maintained by reception for all the rooms. It was also noisy.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before it changed names and it’s still has gorgeous. The location is great, really central to all main area and because of that very convenient to pop in and out of. My only comments are 3pm checkin is a bit late, I know that post Covid hotels have cut staff to make savings but 3pm! Really. On that same issue one way they could really progress is by being a bit more environmentally conscious, lots of hotels now don’t have tiny bottles of shampoo etc instead go larger wall mounted options which can still be high products but much less plastic waste. We said the lady servicing our floor NOT to “do” our room as we were leaving the next day. She ignored us, changed towels which were then never used, threw away soap and shampoo that could have been used that night and put brand products out, wasteful and unnecessary. However, as I said, the hotel is gorgeous and would happily stay again.

Great overall, and a fantastic location. The walls are a bit thin in the annex, and the weird lack of a king size duvet (two singles don’t make for a good cuddle!), let it down a little. Very good breakfast choices.

Staff was very helpful from getting us settled to making reservations. Easy walk to everything. The only thing we didn’t like is not being able to keep the fan on in our room at night. It made it hot and without the fan running nothing to drown out the noises around us. Not overly noisy but fan would have helped.

This property had magical views of enchanting Bruges from the third floor room. It is very close to the center but still quite place to be. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The only issue was the room cleanliness. I walked in the toilet it was not clean. They tried to clean the room and changed my room. The people very very nice and apologetic. The breakfast was a delight and gave me a good start of the day.

Lovely room and Great Service!
Lovely hotel with great service and a convenient location. We stayed in the annex in a large premium suite. Breakfast was amazing! We asked for gluten-free options and each received a basket of goodies. The buffet included eggs, meat, cheese, and fruit. The only negative was a weak wifi in the annex. There is a flight of stairs to the annex which was not an issue for us.
