Right in the heart of Bruges; this was nice for access to attractions, but the noise was constant outside our window. Every vehicle that drove by sounded like a racecar revving its engine. It lasted late and started early.
It was hot enough that we removed the duvet cover to use as a sheet and found that the duvet had a large, prominent stain on it. (Luckily we didn't need the duvet)
Some front desk staff were nice, others had attitude.
With no coffeemaker in the room but not wanting a full breakfast, we asked front desk staff if we could have just coffee in the dining room next morning (rather than use the $5.00 Starbucks machine in the lobby that makes horrible coffee); they said that would be fine. Next morning, the dining room maitre d' said absolutely not, it was the coffee machine or nothing.
In all, not worth the stay and definitely not worth the price. Find somewhere cheaper and quieter near the old town and commute 10 minutes every morning to Magicland.
