the bed was lumpy and garbage truck came very early right outside my window, but the worst was their "steakhouse". they should be closed down. Ribeye for $63.00, and was so thin cut and no taste, when there are literally hundreds of blk angus grazing all around. they should be closed down.

The bar staff were AMAZING! Hours of operation for HK’s is not up to date. My refrigerator went out and all of my food was destroyed, I was not compensated for that but it was fixed in a quick manner. The ice machine did not work on the floor I was on. But even with the negatives, I would stay here again, that’s how relaxing the resort is.

Dirty restrooms, unpleasant front desk staff, outdated rooms. Entire hotel is old and smells bad.ive machines in entire main building didn’t work. No room service, no daily cleaning in rooms and it shows.

I have always loved The Four Seasons but felt this time was just eh. We were place in Season Bay and it is very dated no fridge or microwave and had some difficulty with starting the shower. We had to call to get educated on how to start the shower. Maybe after renovations this party of four seasons will be better.

Always have a great time at the Lodge. The hotel staff was great. What we didn't like was the staff at the marina. They were horrible and tried to charge us for a boat that didn't work.

Big room and nice view on the third floor! The mattress was little worn out! 2 balconies to sit on was nice, the negative was that the spiders had taken over the balconies, hotel staff should make sure the balconies were swiped down when cleaning the rooms!

The staff from the sweet woman at check in, Rooftop bartender, Hostess to the Server.They are what made our over night stay a pleasure.. Our view was killer.. Kids screaming at 10:30 was a little much but not a hotel problem.. A parent issue.. The rooms are dated but except for the bath tile are clean.. The tile has black mold with algae and with proper cleaning could have helped. Walls were peeling. But I guess that is why the rooms here are cheaper here and it’s not a 3 star hotel.. Just because of the cleanliness won’t return. But the Staff 5 star!!
