The staff was amazing it was just the rooms. It was nasty unclean and lots of roaches. I didn’t complete my stay due medical reasons. And did ask for a refund due to the circumstances.

It was easy access from the hwy and close to eating etc, we stay there every trip we make to Fla. twice a year. great rates.

I sent you an email about this. We entered the room, and it smelled damp, the sheets were dirty, and there were other people’s hair on them. We returned to the reception and asked to change the room to a cleaner one or to change the sheets. They changed our room. We entered the new room to sleep, but the bedding was also very dirty. We couldn’t spend the night there and ended up sleeping in our car. I asked the receptionist to refund my payment because it was impossible to sleep in these conditions. She told me to contact you. I wrote you an email asking you to take action regarding the hotel and to refund my money.

We we're evacuating from the hurricane so found a non smoking room here. When we arrived there was cigarette butts on the night stand so it was obvious the room was not cleaned. Minutes later found roaches crawling all over the walls i killed them and tried to get some sleep and woke up to roaches crawling on my arm, so needless to say we slept in the truck. I brought it to the hotels attention the next morning and expedia and did not receive a refund for the 3 nights we were supposed to stay there and not even for the nights we didn't even sleep in the truck in there parking lot. Horrible customer service on both parts the hotel and expedia!!!!

Would never stay again
Check in was top notch then it all went downhill. Dirty room with dirt on the floor and hair on bathroom floor. No Kleenex we ask they said they were waiting for a shipment. No cups or coffee in the room for the coffee maker. This location hurts your company reputation.

For the price.it was average no coffee cups .kids running halls my dog hardy barks, but they were so loud I had to calm him from the noise. The pool is probably closed but it was dirty and disgusting to look at.
