Very apt that the hotel has a tropical theme, as the aircon in the room didnt work, the windows didnt open..absolutely Roasting. Only slept on one of the nights after a down pour when it was cooler. Made my work trip quite difficult and i had no energy after work to go to the gym or explore. How can you have a mainstream hotel with such obvious issues???

I don’t even know where to start—this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the courteousness of the staff, to the comfort of the room and the amazing design and decor of the hotel, we were so pleased with our stay. The staff was helpful, breakfast was complete and delicious, and the hotel amenities were clean. We recommend this hotel for families!

The property itself was fantastic and had an amazing vibe. Great decor and wonderful, helpful staff. The area around the hotel was a little noisy and somewhat dirty. This might just be Brussels in general, or that we were right near one of the subway stations. It didn’t have a negative impact on our stay—just noting it.

We travelled to Brussels as a larger group and found the hotel to be extremely accommodating with rooms all together etc. The hotel bar was fabulous with a great range of drinks and lovely cocktails. Would recommend- there was also a subway station right outside the hotel as well as a bunch of lime scooters and bikes to use to explore the city
