This is a gorgeously decorated, comfy hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. The cons are that in the green room we were in, the toilet wall is made of glass cubes that have a view on the bed and even though these aren't completely see-through, it does lack privacy when 2 people are in the room. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, with things looking pretty but tasting cheap. The heating was locked in off position when I arrived so no matter how much I tried switching it on it didn't work and I was freezing until I asked a lovely staff member for help, which they provided immediately. I would still recommend this hotel as it is so pretty, but I would warn people about those little things beforehand.

Looking in from the outside, I was very sceptical about this place. Once we found the little doorbell next to the door camera and was greeted by staff and got into our room, this was a great choice. We had great service and a beautiful room - all very convenient to the sights of Brussels

Could be better if rooms were finished to a better standard. No desk, no chair ,no wardrobe just a few hangers. 1 bedside table was missing and where the other was , the light was not working

Good for a short break

The hotel was in a great location, 5 min walk to the grand place. It is a lovely boutique hotel, you need to know the room is very small but very clean and modern. The shower in the 6th floor was luke warm in a morning, hot in the evening. No where to hang your clothes, no drawers or shelves or wardrobes. We had to place all our clothes on the suitcase rack. No shower gel in the shower area - cleaner needs to check this when cleaning. We just used the shampoo. The lift only holds 2 people - worth noting if you don’t like small spaces. There is a fire escape staircase. Overall we had a good 3 night stay for a good price

I was disappointed to find that the blind was broken in the bathroom of my room when I arrived. I reported it to the receptionist who to begin with expected me to accept the room and use a staff shower to avoid being seen. I wasn’t happy to accept that and finally was offered an alternative room. All in all a very mixed experience.

This is an interesting little place, very clean, great shower. The breakfast was very nice. The entrance is unusual, with a more hostel feel than a formal hotel. (not a problem, just something to know ahead) The workers were especially kind and friendly. It is a convenient location, just a bit outside of the most busy streets. I would stay here again.

Had such an amazing experience and time at the Mila Hotel and definitely keeping this place bookmarked for future visits! Customer service was amazing, friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel makes it easy to walk around and is close to many activities. Definitely would recommend!

Nice hotel in an excellent location.

This is a very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff, in an excellent location for sightseeing, with a good breakfast buffet included. The room was very good, but there were no shelves or drawers to put anything, and no chair for sitting at the minute shelf that counted as a table. Adding those easy things would have made the room excellent.

Both the most expensive and tiniest hotel I stayed in of late (11 stays this month). Your bed is also your sofa, chair, dresser, the only shelving, etc.. Shower sprays water to the sink, toilet and bed. Noisy, hard to crack the code on the hvac miniscule elevator for the whole property, etc.

The Mila is a nice property for anyone coming through Brussels for a couple nights. Our room was clean and had all the necessities for a quick stay for myself and my wife. The staff members who greeted us to check in were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also nice, perfect to fuel up for day of walking or travel. The room was cozy and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend it as a location for adventurous couples who like to travel light like us!

Staff was amazing and helpful. We checked out early morning and breakfast didn’t start for another couple hours…but when we let them know our departure time, they offered to have food ready. When we checked out, he made sure the food was ready to go. So nice!!!

I booked it to be walking distance from MIDI and metro and tram services and I was pleasantly surprised to realise it’s just behind the historic city centre and I had a wide area to explore and eat and drink. The check in and check out were quick, there’s baked goods awaiting in the breakfast and check in area and the rooms have lovely wide windows that actually open! I felt very safe as a solo traveler especially as entry is key based only, so just residents can access the space.
