Rooms very small but Ok as we used just to sleep. The lock in the door didn’t closed properly an we needed to closed the door hard in order to make it close. Staff at check in and check out not very friendly

Safe and clean enough but not very nice. WiFi didn’t work upon arrival and the hair dryer almost lit on fire in our room… It did the job for a last minute stay and free breakfast was nice, though I would not stay again.

The property has no conditions to hold people, the smell in the entire hotel was indescribable so bad gave us a room with the shower floor completely rusted. Tv broken, No internet, it’s the cheapest one around once in there looks like too expensive, definitely, I know I wouldn’t stay there anymore, so terrible experience

Narcissists work at this hotel.
These people (two women) are passively rude, and narcissistic towards travellers who complain about their rooms. There were only a few pieces of Kleenex in the washroom and we were told, they are low in supplies. The dispenser did not have any shampoo and were given a new box but not without an attitude. It’s time to shut down or get another job if you can’t accommodate your customers; you’re in the wrong business.

Nice if you're on a budget
Nice hotel if you're on a budget - Brussels is expensive. I traveled solo so my room was tiny but that doesn't bother me. It is starting to show it's age though so don't expect too much. It is clean with a good location near shopping and the North train station. The workout facility was sub par. Overall, I would stay here again for the price.

The room was freezing as the radiators did not work. I had to request for a portable heater from the reception. The water from the hot water tap was cold in the mornings which made morning showers uncomfortable.

This property has very poor or no internet at all so I had to use my cell phone data to do my work and this can be very expensive. What I likes about this hotel is the excellent transportation in the area and also it's just 10 minutes walk to all the action. Would stay here again, but was disappointed about the Wi-Fi not working.
