Amazing location, good hotel

The location of this hotel is AMAZING, completely worth it booking the hotel for. 3-minute walk from the Central Station, 4-minute walk of the Grand Place and right besides is the Galeries. However the rooms are not something to cry for, they’re ok, the cleaning is not great but for the price is pretty decent. If you’re willing to sacrifice comfort over location then definitely book this hotel.

Great place to stay!

Absolutely in the center of everything. Awesome hotel, great staff, didn’t eat breakfast since you had to pay but it looked good. Only disappointed about the cost of a breakfast. But otherwise clean spacious rooms literally close to everything fun to do!

The hotel was great, great location. The only suggestion that I have is to educate your staff on giving directions. There was a flyer on the desk offering tours so I signed up for one. The first employee that I asked for directions to get to the bus, stated she did not know. The next day I asking another employee that sent me in the opposite direction from where the buses were parked and the tour started. I had to walk approximately 30 minutes extra, just to find that the tour buses were actually parked approximately 2 blocks from the hotel. The tour was great, just educate your staff please.

The hotel is conveniently located at the hub of the centre. If staying here, it is walking distance to main attractions, shopping, dining. The entrance and staff are welcoming. It has a mix of old and new atmosphere. We had a 1 queen/1 twin beds room. The room was spacious, bathroom remodeled. Because the room is L-shaped, the aircon did not cool the room equally. The air was blowing well to the twin bed but it did not reach the larger space where the queen bed was located. The curtain in the bathroom was moldy on the top (not easily seen) but I have keen eyes for cleanliness and hygiene. It would help it the conditions of windows/curtains/walls are regularly checked. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciate the coffee maker in the room. It would have been nice to have a small fridge. Overall- we would consider staying at this hotel again and would recommend to others for its location.

Room was very small but the small window gives you the feeling of even a smaller room, very claustrophobic feeling. Location was excellent! Clean room…only needed for sleeping. Nothing memorable about it.
