Our stay was great overall... Our only issue was the AC. The room was relatively warm despite trying to adjust the temperature. Even my little boy was sweating as he slept. Room was clean, had good space. Hotel staff was helpful . The hotel was located perfectly- close to Grand Place, main points of interest, good dining, shopping, etc.

Good central location. Overpriced breakfast for quality (I'd advise going to one of the many places nearby) Squeaky beds, stuffy room. Lack of instructions for using shower, pull out beds, details on swimming pool use etc.

Great central location which is just slightly out of the noisy areas. But perfectly walkable to join in with the noise if you wish! Beds are comfortable, extra pillows are provided by default. Spacious rooms. Hotel provided useful recommendations to visit during our stay and we almost exclusively used the list!

This was an AWESOME hotel! The staff were super helpful. The room was huge, the shower was awesome and it had a pool!!!! Everything was walkable. The price was perfect and we wish we could have stayed here longer.

The breakfast was basic as provided by most hotels. There was nothing great about it. The swimming pool was very small. Building work around the area. The staff service was average. It fits a 3 star hotel. However, it is quite central, easy to travel around, close to a lot of amenities, well placed in the region. Whatever the hotel could not provide, you get within 100 metres.

We had an amazing time at Novotel Brussels City Centre. The staff were so helpful, particularly Awa, who went out of her way to help us with lots of help and advice! The pool was small but a good size for the kids and the gym was sufficient, although could have done with a water dispenser. Breakfast had good options and the hotel is excellently located!
