The property was nice, comfy, quiet, safe and secure. And conveniently located. My only complaint was the lack of communication of how to check in. I received no email on access code or how to check in. We stopped by property at check in time and no one was present to help. Finally, I was able to get thru to VRBO agent who reached out to the host for the check in information. Consequently, I think the issue was I booked the stay via Expedia (which was thru VRBO) so everything was messed up and not communicated well. The VRBO agents and the host were very responsive once I finally figured out how to bypass Expedia and contact them directly, especially since it was late at night.

Very clean, comfy bed. Property manager was on top of the communication so we would know how to check in. Great location and felt very safe there. We would definitely book again!

Cutest Cottage! Super Clean!
This cottage was perfect for my stay in College Station. Right outside of the main area of town and easy to get to. The manager was super sweet and communicated well. The cottage itself was very clean and had everything needed! The bed was also very comfortable! I will definitely rent again in the future for another stay.
