NO SUNDAY CHECK INS welcome to grant summit, this is a gated community with 9 cabins on the property, we built the cabins and clean them, we are located 25 miles from downtown chattanooga. we furnish firewood for fire pits and fireplace. all cabins have their own hot tub.. we started this project in 2011 and have alot of support from people all over the world. we try to make everyone feel at home.
NO PETS- tenants will be evicted with no refund!
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND (including vaping & cigars) INSIDE, if you must smoke please do so outside with doors and windows shut. Please pick up after yourself, no butts left BEHIND (on the ground)

We are located on the central/eastern time zone line and your phones may switch back and forth. The cabins run on CENTRAL STANDARD TIME.

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% (minus a +$50.00 processing fee) of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in the second 50% payment will be cancelled and the first 50% payment will NOT be refunded. If you are eligible for a refund due to a cancellation, there will be a +$25.00 fee for the refund. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. you will be charged 2 payments; first payment 50 percent and the 2nd payment 50 percent will be taken out when your stay is 30 days or less before arrival.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cabin, which features a fireplace. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine.
Enjoy the recreation opportunities such as a spa tub or make use of other amenities including barbecue grills.

Our best winter trip ever!
We began taking a winter family trip for our Christmas gift to our girls since they became older (25 & 22). We also gift my 83 year old parents as well. We have gone to several cities, states, & resorts, but are in agreement that Turkey Hollow at Grant Summit Cabins has been the best lodging by far! The photos are accurate, but can’t adequately depict the warmth & coziness we felt during our stay. We found the entire cabin very clean upon arrival with adequate supplies for cooking & pleasant water pressure. The wood was supplied for the fires we built, the hot tub was clean & relaxing, & the movie selection was plentiful! The binder of the history of the property is such an interesting read as you drink coffee while sitting in the swing (outdoor swings & sitting spaces at each cabin) or in the comfy porch chairs while taking in the views. Everyone slept so well on the beds & futons & we especially enjoyed waking up in the upstairs Queen bed and seeing the mist over the water & watching clouds move. We did enjoy a visit to Chattanooga, but were eager to return to Turkey Hollow. Dollar General is close for any extras you need a the associates there are friendly. If you are seeking a time to rest & relax in a peaceful & beautiful setting, Grant Summit cannot be beat!

Beautiful view!
The cabin was very clean and spacious. The hot tub was great. The view was outstanding. We even watched boats going through the locks on the river/dam below us. Everything was a ‘10’ except we were a little far out of Chattanooga. We drove there frequently——lots to see and do—-but it was a 20-25 minute drive. Overall, an excellent vacation.

My husband and I spent two days at Turkey Hollow and couldn’t have asked for a better stay! House was very clean and the view is breathtaking. The owners were easy to communicate with and check in was super easy. The hot tub was a great bonus as well. Would definitely come back!

Grant summit cabins was everything that we expected and more . Beautiful views . The cabin was laid out nicely and well furnished. Reasonably close to all of the local attractions. I would definitely recommend Turkey Hollow cabin .

We loved the property, the VIEW, and the cabin. The owners have everything you need to know posted to make check in and check out a breeze. The kitchen is well stocked. Although there are nine cabins here, the layout is so that each cabin has privacy. Between the view from the deck, the jacuzzi, the grounds, and the close proximity to Chattanooga, there was something for everyone to love! We hope to be back!
