Lovely hotel and staff very attentive .I just wish we had been aware before booking that the main area is a twenty minute walk away so there was very limited facilities near this hotel.We mainly got around by getting Ubers as they are good value for money .We did get a metro card but found it wasn’t very close to places we went to .

We have just returned from 7 nights staying here whilst away for the F1. Location is great with only a 5 min walk to the nearest metro station which can connect you to every part of the city. located just across the road from the river with the Parliament building opposite, we had a river view room which had a great view. We have been to Budapest twice previously and this was the nicest place we have stayed. Positives: -very clean -friendly staff -great breakfast -handy location Negatives -Fridge did not work (reported to reception day after check in, still not working that night, reported again the following morning, signs that someone had taken a look but still not working) no feedback from reception so just ignored the issue and made do without the fridge. -We had a power cut one night (unsure of the cause and just our room but was resolved straight away the following morning. -AC in the room was very poor, thankfully was not that warm during our stay compared to previous stay so was bearable. Overall a very nice hotel in a nice handy location, a little away from the busy city but 5 mins on the metro and you are in the heart of the city, would consider staying here again.

Nice hotel in excellent location right by the rive ride across from the National Parliment building and the Chain bridge. Breakfast was plentiful with variety of choices - highly recommended. The only suggestion for improvement is the mattress.
