My stay was absolutely wonderful the people at this hotel helped me navigate the loss of my passport the night of my arrival . Thanks to assistance and all our efforts put together my passport was returned in less than 24 hrs. They offered me water , food, tea in the meantime. They showed soo much compassion and support and that I take in my heart . The hotel is beautiful the breakfast is delicious and lacks nothing . It is a few steps from Buda castle and the chain bridge. I walked EVERYWHERE and found this hotel perfect and the staff is superb . The bed, pillows and Linens very clean and house keeping provided daily. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Budapest . I was traveling alone and also felt very safe in the area where the hotel is .

If you reserved a less expensive room or assigned to a "-1" floor room, try to change it. You will not be able to sleep from 5:00 AM-11:00AM The kitchen and dinning room right above will make lots of noise. After two days, we could not take it. The staff is kind enough to change our room to third floor.

Great location close to Chain Bridge and Buda Castle, plenty of restaurants nearby. Comfortable, quiet room and excellent breakfast selection. They still have those “poop on a shelf” style toilets though.

Location is super, Buda Castle right across street from the hotel, steps lead to uphill.Fisherman Bastion, Chain Bridge, Parliament all walking distance. The transportation make so easy from & to the airport.

A beautiful hotel located in the most beautiful area. Everything is in the walking distance. Staff is friendly. Will recommend this hotel to all my friends who travel to Budapest!

Great hotel and reasonably priced. Good access to public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cable channels would be a definite plus. There were far too many staff at breakfast during the week. Most of them are just pacing up and down looking for something to do. On more than one occasion i got up to get a drink or take some more food and my table was cleared. This is really my only critique as everything else was very satisfactory.

Location of the hotel is very convenient, 10 minutes walk from the Buda Castle, same to the Fishermen's Bastion, like 2 minutes to the bridge. Staff were nice. The room was a small one, however since I was travelling solo it was ok.

Very conveniently located on the Buda side, walk to Buda castle or chain bridge or fisherman bastion. The hotel is jammed between other buildings, so no street or fancy views. A Belgian bar next door has good beer and food. Staff was very professional and friendly.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Easy check in, helpful staff, extremely clean hotel. The room was freshened each morning and the balcony was very convenient. The hotel is also peacefully quiet even if it is in the middle of a busy area. I felt safe in the area and there is a fantastic Belgian style restaurant next door,which I had dinner in each night.
