Had an awesome time in Budapest at the h2 hotel. Didn’t realise that it didn’t have a kettle in the room so was a little disappointed as like a tea or coffee later at night in the room The free breakfast was good and the staff were lovely

If you’re looking for a minimalist college dorm feel, look no further. Small rooms. No closet space in our unit at all. Great for a port in a storm, but if amenities, closet space and seating areas are what you need, book a bigger room. Staff and breakfast was terrific. We probably should have looked at the actual room size before choosing this one. A bright spot was that we had an outside balcony with seating and a nice warm western facing facade. Also, just a short walk to the river and parliament.

Great for sites and restaurants.
The hotel was in a great location for both the sites and restaurants. The hotel is itself quite minimalist, but the shower was excellent and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was substantial, setting us up for the days walking. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We would have liked a small safe in the room to keep passports and other small items. Also would have liked a shelf or bedside cabinet, but these were only minor criticisms.

Breakfast area is bright and inviting, but the offerings were the same every day. Front desk staff was very helpful despite a computer system changeover. The location can't be beaten for walkability to St Stephen's, the Opera House, Parliament and tons of great dining options.

The location was great, close to two metro stations and the river. A supermarket a 2 minute walk away. The staff were all very helpful and easy to talk to. The rooms were very clean, modern and quiet. Only minor points, but there wasn’t any real clothes storage space beside a rail with hangers on, and there was no safe. Not major things but definitely worth noting! All things considered would stay again!

The room was modern and the lighting was exceptional with automatic lights that were motion illuminated at night for trips to the toilet. The bed was comfortable with soft pillows. And the location could not have been better.

Lovely fresh hotel , well located. Very comfy beds and good quality pillows . Funky lights and heated floors . My only downside was the lack of a kettle in the room , not something I have seen before in my travels. Breakfast was stunning, plentiful, great choice and good coffee

Nice place at walking distance of the places worth to see in Budapest. Nice breakfast and comfortable rooms. Had a bit of an issue with my shower and the only person in charge did her best to solved it.
