Breakfast was very good with lots of choices, thick waffles and maple syrup - unusual in Europe! Room was clean, but a little small for a 4 night stay. No drawers to store clothes. There was a hanging canvas shelf with several cubbies for clothing. But it took up most of the room - so there was only room for 4 hangers stuck very close together. Would have been great for 1 or 2 nights when I don't unpack. Great location though - close to subway and Nyugati Train station

Everything was almost perfect- the room was clean, there are available toiletries, the bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood was near everywhere. One can feel safe walking even at night. The only thing that bothered me was the locked windows.

Very clean, warm, friendly and welcoming. Nice breakfast every day with an excellent choice of food to suit all cultures. Rooms clean and quiet. The lifts were quick and effective. The security was respectful and low key but good. What's not to like.

Pretty much what you'd expect from thr chain. Clean, good service, lovely breakfast, bar reasonably priced especially at happy hour, well two hours really half price on local wines and beer. Excellent locations for sightseeing. Plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. As was the opera house, Szent Istvan Basilika and the Pariament building.

Front desk is staffed 24/7, which is nice. It also directly downtown, with plenty of places either in walkable range or via public transportation. If you're vacationing in Budapest, get the Budapest Card/transit pass. The public transit system can be intimidating to learn, but it is reliable and helps a lot (just don't become complacent on them).
