The Hilton in Budapest is beautiful, and a great location on top of the hill. The service and the staff were excellent. The breakfast had everything you can imagine. We loved the stay at the Hilton and Budapest.

Incredible.

Stayed in a two bedroom flat with family. Just exceptional. We travel internationally about 3-4 times a year and this was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in ever. Clean, so spacious, and in an incredible area of Budapest. Incredible place. Don’t think twice. Book it!!

Disrespectful, unprofessional, stressful,

Extremely disappointed with the unacceptable service I received at your hotel’s front desk. A bald male staff member mocked me with eye-rolling and laughter after I declined a paid upgrade and breakfast — behavior that was blatantly disrespectful and unprofessional. Another female staff member falsely claimed my reservation couldn’t be found and pressured me to rebook and pay on the spot, causing unnecessary stress. At checkout, I was told I couldn’t get an invoice immediately and would have to wait 4–5 days — completely unacceptable for a business traveler. This level of service is disgraceful and far below basic hospitality standards. Immediate action is expected.

VERY deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your front desk. One of the male bald front desk staff, acted in an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful manner. After I politely declined his offer to pay for a room upgrade and breakfast, he immediately rolled his eyes and laughed at me, which was completely inappropriate and offensive. Additionally, a female front desk staff member claimed she couldn’t find my reservation at all and insisted that I make a new booking and payment on the spot. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. To make matters worse, when I checked out and requested an invoice, I was told that it could not be issued immediately and that it would take 4 to 5 days, which is unacceptable for any business traveler. This level of service is far below what I expect from a professional hotel, and I hope appropriate action will be taken to address these issues.

Stunning view, perfect stay!

Wow!!! Our family of 8 stayed in four rooms and all were marvelous! My husband and I enjoyed a STUNNING view of Parliament and the Fisherman's Bastion. Three of our adult children shared an apartment-type suite that was just lovely - a little kitchen, a dining area, a sofa bed in the sitting room, and a bedroom upstairs. The hotel is gorgeous, spotless, and elegant. The breakfast buffet had great variety and amazing views. We loved everything about our stay - from the comfy bed to the reading lights to the robes and slippers to the in-room beverage set up. And oh, that view!

Beautiful hotel and impeccable amenities, but the receptionist was not friendly and stated we booked via 3rd party so it’s not preferred. We then placed on a ground floor unit directly next to housekeeping quarters, so early morning, when the half a dozen or so housekeepers come to load their carts they were extremely loud talking and with glass bottles and cups clinking it was impossible to sleep. I asked them twice to please keep it down and eventually request to a change of room. It’s a beautiful hotel but service was terrible, next time we will book Marriott instead across the bridge. I thought this would be a quiet hotel, but depends on staffs on duty and location of your room, it was very disappointing. 1/10 Will Not recommend to others
