The people make all the difference!
Great location! The staff was wonderful and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious! Don’t miss the view from the roof terrace. We so appreciated the late check out. We will be back!!!

We had a delightful time. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was very helpful. From making tango dinner reservations to helping us find banks , grocery store, and restaurants. Room service and breakfast were both good additions to our stay. Rooms were well appointed and in great condition and very comfortable.

I recently stayed at the Carles Hotel in Buenos Aires and found the location to be excellent, offering easy access to key city sites. The staff was fantastic—friendly and attentive throughout my stay. While the room was comfortable, it could have been cleaner, and there were a few maintenance issues, such as a broken toilet seat and a faulty remote control, which detracted slightly from the experience. Overall, the hotel’s great location and staff make it a good option, but room upkeep could be improved.

Staff is fun and engaging, Estefanía at the front desk is kind and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious with great view. Bed and pillows were pretty good. Shower excellent. Breakfast is good. Coffee is typical hotel, not bad, not great.
