Legitimately sold my room to someone else with all my stuff in there. And yes I had a handful of things missing. I didn’t want to complain about the fact that the place is pretty run down, but I dont have to the service was so poor it’s enough of a reason to avoid it. I didn’t get refunded or even given any type of compensation just a guy that said my bad. I got my ray bans stolen and some gifts I had for family back home. My room didn’t have toilet paper. When was given another room the sheets were stained. Changed to another room and was ok but I decided to not even spend the night there again. Avoid if possible
You can get much better for the same price
after we arrived back to Buenos Aires at 1AM we went to this hotel for check-in and The Guy from the lobby told as they will have to rebooking in a different hotel because they was had a flood issue at the 6 floor, they took care the taxi transfer But the hotel Cedros was Not very good We appreciate the fact they Took Care our stay that night But I think they can't send you to a lower acomodation place.
I never saw something like it! All it sound as a big joke! It was days before my room was cleaned and I wish it never was!!! I can't say much so only main comments. There was a bag with my necessities I left in the floor near my bed. There was nothing valuable not more than for all but someth personal which I need everyday like cup of tea and all facilities for that. Prob international adapter was valued ab but it was good one, very hard to find as for all countries in the world and boiler. As I can't leave a room without a cup of tea I made sure I am fully equipped for that. When I came back I did not find my bag. It was so unreal that I thought that a cleaner put it together with rubbish! It seemed I was right as the cleaner, young boy, was looking in the bin outside the hotel. But sadly it was nearly empty as rubbish collectors took it away! What would you expect in situation like that? You won't believe it! The cleaner not even say sorry! Acted in a way he did nothing wrong! Refuse to pay compensation putting all responsibilities for his actions on hotel owner! That when I asked him his age. I thought he is under eighteen as did not take any responsibility. But he said he's more. Sure old enough to answer for himself. But I don't speak any Spanish and my only way to talk with them was through my ap in the phone: Conversational Translator. Also one lady guest could speak some English and sometimes helped me. Thr times they made me to wait for the owner! He never com

Disliked: Cleanliness
The location is convenient
It was second time staying this hotel. This time I booked room has refrigerator, microwave, table and window. It's comfortable but the table and counter was dirty and sticky. Breakfast only has cracks and coffee.

For the price it's OK
Front desk staff has very limited English. Had a hard time to communicate with when asked him to call a taxi. Finally he called a people come to translate.
Room is clean but ventilation needs to improve.
Really nice hotel. Our room was big and very clean with a decent bathroom. Good location too, and very close to a metro station. The only real downside was the breakfast which is actually just a packet of dry biscuits and instant coffee (no milk).
More like a hostel with private bathroom than a hotel. For the price and location, it is OK for a short stay. There isn't a breakfast included - unless coffee with powdered milk and two biscuits is considered breakfast. But it is so cheap we didn't expect much
