Very well located in Recoleta. Easy access to bus and metro routes. Easy walking to many tourist sites. Laundromat on top floor practical for tourists but buy tokens 2 blocks away and don't try to buy them on Sundays. Rooftop pool needed repairs, tiles are falling off. Wood deck around pool broken in places and dangerous to get injured. Scottish spa is gross, had 1cm of mold hanging from showerhead,do NOT use it for health issues! Rooftop needs regular chairs, cushions on spa and deck totally torn up and dirty. A few thousand bucks and the place could be awesome.
The room was OK Netflix included, A/C worked, decent bathroom, bidet (try it). Bed was comfortable and Queen,if not King size. A small single bed also on the kitchen side, would prefer a couch or recliner/chairs instead. Small fridge and really basic kitchenware but we weren't there to cook and bake. Nucha restaurant for breakfast and lunch just out the front door and Melo's for dinner just 50m away. Recommend also Il Quotidiano for affordable and good meals, maybe 2-3 blocks of easy walking.
