Definitely not worth the price we paid $415/night the best way to describe it is Marriot rate on a Motel 6 rooms. Breakfast was meh ...coffee is water down but here is there menu; boiled egg, light skin sausage, 2 type of bread, few bagels, waffle maker, 2 type of cereal. And juice station. Definitely not worth the breakfast as a selling feature. Hotel room very small, washroom ....well it work. Anyways i wouldnt spend more that $115/night

3 stars because this hotel is in a great spot that puts in close to everything! Stores and restaurants all over within 5 minutes and Highmark Stadium or Niagara Falls Ny less than a half hour away. However I will say this hotel is incredibly over priced for what it is. The staff isn’t friendly and we had to wait every time we spoke to the front desk because she was on her cell phone with an AirPod in. The hotel smells like mold and is extremely outdated. The room while clean was even more outdated and looked like a 50 dollar motel room. The pool is a glorified bath tub and the smallest I have ever seen. It has wayyyyyyyyyyy too much chlorine in it but I get it. Breakfast is small but not awful! Everything on it tasted good it’s just small and offers two drinks Orange juice and coffee. Overall I would stay here but at almost 500 bucks for 2 nights you can definitely find a lot better with a staff you don’t have to interrupt.
