I am really shocked by how badly maintained this hotel is and how unprofessional the staff are. The rooms are a good size and breakfast is good but the general areas are really dirty/stained. The blind was broken in our room, no soap in the shower, and hand towels were dirty! Some of the staff seem nice but it is not professional. No one wears a name tag or anything identifying them as staff. One staff was snoring on the desk at breakfast. When I mentioned the issues we had with our room at check out, the staff member just said "ok". We ended up just laughing about it because it was just one night, but I would expect more for a Best Western.

Fast and easy check in process, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good as far as it goes for continental breakfasts. Only issue is we couldn’t figure out why none of the lamps in our room would turn on (it was simply unplugged and was a simple fix) and there was no hand soap in the bathroom, there was face wash, shampoo/conditioner and body wash though.

Water coming from the sink smelled terrible, had to use bottle water to brush our teeth, the toilet was dirty, when we used the shower for the first time it had NO pressure. We went to the front desk and asked them to look at it and the sink and they made me feel as if i was asking for to much. Never fixed the sink. The pullout bed had questionable stains on cushions where my son needed to sleep. The beds were very uncomfortable, asked to have room cleaned up while out and made sure to put the sign on the door, house keeping came in but only made the beds and took SOME of the trash out. When i brought this to the attention of the front desk and the supervisor of housekeeping she said there wasnt a sign on the door. Well clearly there was or otherwise you enter my room without permission. The wifi signal was terrible, tv stations froze up ans unable to hook up an Xbox, when talking to the front desk about it they said signal was fine and made no offer to come to the room to check on it. Our key cards stopped working before our check out day, had to make sure someone was in the room in order to get in, also had to cut our trip short due the hotel not booking the correct amout of days and they made no attempt to help in any way. It was just horrible customer service all around and the way the supervisor of house keeping was dressed in a crop top with a chain around her belly is far from professional. And yes i did try to find another hotel, but was unsuccessful due to the game.

Facility was updated recently. Nice amenities like a nightlight to find the bathroom, an HVAC system that works with a 2-speed fan, and a nice walk-in shower. All this along with the regular niceties like clean rooms and a delicious breakfast. Wonderful stay!

Overall, I give it an ok. Staff were very friendly. Room’s shower was not so great, more like a mist than a shower. The ice maker for our floor had been removed. Breakfast included bread, muffins, eggs out-of-a-box, paper thin bacon, turkey sausage, waffle maker, and coffee out of a machine that might or might not be working.

I enjoyed everything! The property inside and out is clean. There is easy parking and it’s safe. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walkable distance! The staff is very friendly and welcoming and very helpful. I would definitely visit again!
