We really liked the place it was quiet and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The only issue we had was that the sofa bed and two bed in the bedroom were out of date and uncomfortable.

I did not like anything about this property from check in, to the room, the staff even the customer service when I called Expedia to voice my concerns. Will never book here again or use Expedia for travel plans again. Just all around terrible experience.

As soon as we checked in the staff was rude, the hotel was dirty and smelled. Our room had water stains, it smelled funny and there was bugs in the fridge which was filthy. We went down to ask for a refund to leave and the manager basically said there was nothing he could do for us. We were there to drop our daughter off at college and were so disappointed. Will never stay here or recommend this place to anyone ever

The rooms advertised with a sofa bed is ridiculous. The sofa beds are from 1986 and my dog wouldn’t even sleep on that a be comfortable. I booked the king room with sofa bed to accommodate three people and stayed so in the reservation. No sheets or blankets to accommodate the sofa bed were provided.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice and it was convenient to have some continental breakfast options. While the hotel could use some freshening up, the linens and towels were clean and the beds were comfortable. It isn’t a fancy hotel, but it was sufficient for us to stay there 5 days while visiting family in the area. I think some of the other negative reviews are really about the other guests at the hotel more than the hotel itself.

Originally booked on second floor - Stench of weed was unbearable. Moved to third floor - Even worse. Room stunk of weed. Curtains were torn and falling off. Soap dispenser torn from the wall - No soap shampoo etc. Closet doors set aside in the room. clothing rod missing shelves missing table lamp - on off switch missing table top stove burners broken. pictures missing from the walls. linens were poor quality nothing good to say. not sure why expedia billed us $70 more than the hotel receipt indicated

I have been holding off writing this review waiting to get a credit for this hotel stay. I paid for a King suite but we had to stay in a Queen due to the broken air conditioning of the room I booked. Well it's been almost 2 weeks and although the manager Ash, spoke to my husband and promised we would get a credit, I haven't received anything. The thing that really really annoys me is that the hotel receptionists really couldn't be bothered and their lack of customer service was so apparent. The first receptionist couldn't approve/process the credit and said that the manager would need to do it the next day. I specifically told him to make sure to make a note, send a message or text to let the manager know. In fact I asked him at least 4 times to do this and he said he would. Of course the next morning when we came downstairs, the next receptionist knew absolutely nothing about the situation. Totally unacceptable. We then had to spend time chasing down managers and we finally got through to the manager and he said that they would definitely provide the credit. Well 10 days later I'm still waiting. I certainly would not recommend this place to anyone.

Definitely liked how close we were to everything. Dining, shopping, entertainment. Suite was ok. Dated, but still better than some we’ve stayed at. Smell in room upon arrival was very strong (think it was a cleaning product or room spray) either way took your breath away. Staff at checkin were polite and prompt.

The toilet wouldn't flush, we called the front desk and was told to "come get a plunger. We had to remive the tank lid in order for the toilet to flush. The dishwasher was not completely attached to the wall. The floors were dirty. When asked fir a manager several times of our 2 night stay, we were advised non were available. The bathroom in the pool area did not have a light, wires were 2 in the ceiling.Breakfast was sub par, the toaster only toasted 1/2 the toast. Only 1 of the 2 waffle makers worked. I was upset that we could not talk to anyone to express our concern as if thise conditions were acceptable. We will never stay there again.

I really don’t like leaving reviews, and negative reviews for that matter, but I will say that I do not recommend staying at this establishment. From service, to cleanliness, to things not working, (elevators/washing machines/half of the doors/etc), it was just a horrible experience from the start, especially for $200+ dollars per night. How this hotel had an 8.4 rating is mind blowing. Good A/C is literally the only positive I can muster up. 0 out of 5.
