Great hotel for families. Two bedroom suites available. Great staff, easy check in and central to all the attractions. About a 10 minute walk to Lundy’s lane, and a 5 minute walk to the falls and casino right infront of hotel. Perfect spot.

Everything was great but got winded trying to climb all those inclines. Need more ways to make things more handicap accessible. I also had a little difficulty with the Boat to the falls because there were not elevators on some levels that we saw. All in all though the visit was awesome!

The hotel seemed to be understaffed overall. The staff that was on hand was very friendly. The hotel room itself for the prices was a little wild. Especially for adding a $50/day offsite (blocks away) parking fee. The location was fantastic and very central. The room was quiet and and clean.

My family and I stayed for 2 nights. The place was clean, staff was gentle and room temperature was great. The only negative thing is the super strong smell if clorox in the pool, that also irritated our eyes.
