For the price, the cleanliness was terrible. The smell of moldy wet carpet in the hallway once we got off the elevator on our floor was nauseating. Called service desk and front desk and no one picks up. The hotel wanted to blame the housekeeping staff but the smell is definitely not within their responsibility or ability to fix. This hotel needs some serious renovations to fix this issue. Will not be staying here again, which is sad because I’ve had great experiences with other Hilton hotels.

The wait time to check in was incredibly long - over 35 minutes in line. The wait times for elevators was also incredibly long. There was not one time we could take the first elevator that arrived. We often had to wait 3, sometimes 4 elevators to get on. We won’t likely stay in this hotel again for that reason.

Great location, so much to do around the area. The only bad thing is the room itself. It was clean and could be nice. It could use a refresh. The furniture is old and dated, and in need of repair in some instances. For the price it should at least be updated.

The parking attendant was great and very heplfull, but on the first day i requested an iron from guest services they first told me they would send one right away. Then soneone came to the room to drop off a blanket we also requested and said they didnt have an iron but their english was poor and i couldn't understand the details. I called guest services to get a better understanding and the person on the line was very abrupt and told me that when they got one they would send it to my room, then hung up on me. Four days later when we checked out we still did not receive an iron.

Left a lot to be desired. Waited in long line to check in and check out. Housekeeping looked for ways NOT to do room. Excuses about short handed so they couldn’t get to anything. Room was great, we had a beautiful view of the falls. The off-site parking was very convenient. The shuttle runs all the time. Id recommend staying here.
