Im glad i didnt take heed to the not so good reviews. I stayed with my children and we truly enjoyed our quick Spring Break vacation. Parking people complained about. I parked at the Casino across the street its $35 dollars a day on the weekend thats if you move. If you keep the car there and walk most places its a flat fee of $35 on the weekends and $15 on the week days. So if you leave out each day its going to be $35 each time you leave out. You can return but expect to pay each time. It definitely beats the Hotel cost. Wifi and internet is really a challenge but im happy it kept me not tapping in back home. I would return here when I come back to Canada.

The hotel offered an exceptional view, with its immaculate cleanliness and a range of amenities. Its location conveniently accommodated our activities. The hotel’s ambiance was characterized by its brightness and charm. Our suite was spacious and well-appointed. While the fixtures in the bathroom were in good working condition, there were a few minor issues. The hose had a leaky connection, the tub faucet knob was malfunctioning, and the shower glass grout allowed water to seep onto the floor. Unfortunately, the staff’s interactions were somewhat lacking in friendliness. While they were not rude, their demeanor could be described as indifferent. The parking attendants’ aggressive behavior further contributed to the confusion and frustration experienced by guests.

The room and beds were very comfortable. We stayed on the 32nd floor. Check in desk you could tell they were overwhelmed, I wanted a key on my phone and needed their help and he kept telling me it will work on its own to give it time. That was poor customer service. Also the system glitch that tried to charge me 239$ was questionable, tried to talk through the chat and didn’t get anywhere until I called the hotel itself. Overall the experience was good, just know they charge you property tax on top of the hst every night you stay and the parking is taxed as well.

It was a great hotel! Lovely jacuzzi in room! Pool was incredible! The gym was awesome! Staff was so sweet! Convenient all around. The only downside was that we had a broke fridge but didn’t really need it :)

I asked for an extra couple of glasses and was told they couldn't accommodate. What if you have more than two in a room or guests? Only two glasses per room? Not a fan of that.

The property location was great, lots to do surrounding it. Sadly there were no other notable or good aspects. Our room was boiling, the basic amenities on our floor were broken (ex. ice machine) and the staff were not kind or helpful. My card was accidentally charged 3 times for a singular payment.

We enjoyed the overall stay bed were comfortable to sleep in, nice overlooking at the view. They had all essentials like fridge. Safe was not working. Shower temperature and flow got shorter. Not sure if it is due to high demands but it was dripping water. The temperature of water either was hot burning in the hot tub in the pool or freezing cold not well heated. The overall parking experience was far and distance despite shuttle. Long wait for checkin made us run late for reservation. We do love kid pool and overlooking of falls. We will enjpy coming back but slight improvement required. Also wi fi never worked at all try to key promo and as kfront desk.
