The view was fantastic on the 49th floor. Two of the days it took till 5pm to get our room cleaned. The next to the last day our room got cleaned at 9 am. Very convenient to the casino, shopping and the falls view. Very good choice if you want to see Niagra falls!

Room and staff were great, the views were spectacular, the hotel is close to nearby restaurants and attractions, the hotel restaurants were super expensive and not worth the price for the quality of the food. Save your money and eat outside of the hotel!

Hotel was fairly renovated and quiet. The beds were clean. The pool was opened but the splash pad was closed for maintenance. The bathroom in our room had small bugs that we reported to the hotel concierge.
