Smoke free is not smoke free, the entire room (towels, linens) smelled like smoke. When this was addressed they wanted to come in a spray?? Cover up the smell of smoke with more chemicals? Never again … after driving 10 plus hours, we just needed to rest. This place is not recommended!!

If you want people walking into your room please stay away. I went to file complaint with morning front desk 8/21/24 and she didn’t care at all told me mistakes happen get over it it’s not a big deal. A male walked in my room invading my privacy how is that not a big deal? Bathrooms were dirty tub stoppers doesn’t work. Fruit is old for breakfast. Overall no one should invade your privacy when you have the PRIVACY SIGN ON DOOR! Why do they provide the signs if they still invade our privacy. UNSAFE

Alright place to stay, but bad communication.
The hotel was decent. The gentleman at check in was very nice. We were not informed about breakfast hours and when we went to the breakfast room at 930 the next morning, there was no breakfast. Was also very upset to find out the pool was closed for renovation or maintenance AFTER it had already been booked. I found this out because I called the property to find out how late the pool was open and they informed me it wasn’t open at all. I booked the hotel because it had a pool. It was non refundable so we had to stay and my children were not happy at all. (Neither was my wallet)

Staff and hotel were good. The only problem we had was we picked this hotel because it had a pool which my kids wanted to use the whole time we were there. After we checked in we were told the pool was out of service. My kids were so upset they started to cry. We would have never stayed there if we knew before hand that the pool was out of service. Would have been nice to know before we got there. We would have never stayed there if we knew the pool was not working. We wont stay there again just for that reason alone.

Area was a little sketchy. I would not go out after dark. Hotel was a little outdated. Room had an old smell but appeared clean. Room comfort was good. Front desk staff were very friendly with very quick and easy check in.

This was an adequate stay for one night. The hotel is in desperate need, though, of a refresh. For a non smoking property, the smell of smoke from years past is baked in. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was disappointing.

It was good for the price I paid, beds were more comfortable than some of the casino resorts I I stay at regularly! Hotel is a little outdated , needs a remodel . Pool was small and out of order whenever we went to use it. The carpet stains in our room were BAD! I did not walk barefoot at any time!! Bathroom was nice and clean. Only bad thing about room was the nasty stained carpet really.
