Decent stay near airport
My business trip to Buffalo went smoothly. The check-in, stay, and check-out were all efficient. The staff were consistently courteous. The hotel was well-located, providing a shuttle to the airport and access to a sister hotel's bar and restaurant. However, my room's door had signs of forced entry, the deadbolt was inoperable, and there was a significant air gap. The hotel's age was apparent in the rooms. Despite this, the common areas and cafe were clean, offered a decent breakfast, and were nicely decorated. Although the rooms were renovated, elements like the doors still showed their age.

We had a pleasant gentlemen on our initial shuttle to the car park. Our early morning shuttle to the airport was not the same experience. Driver was obviously unhappy & blasted his hard rock music on his phone.Did not turn it down for this passengers.

The worst part of this stay was the air conditioner in the room. It was so noisy when it was running and when it wasn’t actually running to cool the room it sounded like some was breathing in the room. It was awful. We were totally exhausted the next day when we flew out. Will never stay there again. I’ll pay more for a better stay somewhere rlse

Wonderful stay. Place was clean, comfortable and the staff and customer service was excellent and kind. The actual room had faulty faucet on the sink and toilet paper holder as well. I informed the front desk of such as well gave a recommendation to place small shelf on the standing shower’s wall so toiletries could be placed there for easy access. She took a note and said she would give it to maintenance. I did feel safe and appreciated. Also, I loved the breakfast options and it was convenient due to health issues, for me as well as others. Thank you so much. I will stay there again when I go back to Buffalo.
