Dirty and poor customer service
Every employee I interacted with acted like I was bothering them. We were approved for an upgrade but didn’t receive it. The room was dirty with dust and mysterious splatters on everything. The one bed didn’t even have a mattress protector.

Very nice and clean room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was decent and it was quiet. Check in was really fast, they had my room keys already programmed when I arrived and check out was simple using my phone. Would stay here again when I’m back in town.

This hotel was a good place to stay for a night or 2. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. I really liked the bed. There has been an effort to update some parts but lots of other parts are old and outdated. The airport shuttle was convenient and on-time. Breakfast options were simple, but satisfactory. Make your own waffles, Oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, bread, bagels, juice, milk, tea, and coffee.
