Booking process was easy, however unit had a number of housekeeping issues that I tried to address by texting and sending photos to # in owners manual. The response came back “who is this, and That i needed to inquire through my original booking reservation. I tried again, but response was the same, even though owner says to reach out using his phone #. The fridge had not been cleaned and had a lot of dirty areas. During unpacking, I found someone’s jean cut-offs and underwear in a drawer! ( so gross!). Later in the week, we found an old Soda bottle behind one dresser, a hair scrunchie and a pill behind another dresser. After several days there, I had to retrieve something that had rolled under the bed, and found a bag of food wrappers and Soda cup from a takeout place tossed under. Obviously, cleaners are only skimming the surface! I rarely post a negative review, but thought owner needs to check up on cleaning staff.
Regardless what amount rent is charged, units need to be clean!
