Roaming the Cotswalds
It was great. Steve's place was the perfect spot to head out each day for an adventure and then being in Burford for the evening, with many choices of restaurants for dinner, worked out terrifically.

Lovely Home in the Cotswolds
My husband and I enjoyed a lovely stay at Ostlers. It was delightful to experience the former Coaching Inn as a home, with all the character you would expect but with modern amenities. The location on the main street in was perfect. It was a very short walk to several shops and restaurants. Free, on-site dedicated parking was a real bonus. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We highly recommend it!

Friends weekend at Ostlers
Just returned from a wonderful weekend in Burford. Ostlers perfect place to stay for a relaxing weekend. 3 couples, plenty of space and very well stocked for glasses/crockery. Great beds and showers. Location is perfect to explore Burford. We walked to Jeremy Clarkson pub, The Farmers Dog which was great. Highly recommend booking with Steve and staying at Ostlers.

Perfect for our family of 5!
This cottage was perfect for our family of 5 (3 teenagers) in the Cotswolds! The location in Burford is perfect for accessing villages and the main roads but the village itself is small and simple. Lots of choices for dining, coffee and adorable shops up and down the main street. This cottage was great for our family as it had 2 full baths and 3 bedrooms. The lounge off the kitchen was cozy and perfect for hanging out. The kitchen table is large and worked great for us and the kitchen is well stocked. There is parking behind the cottage and a small private garden. The literal only downside would be no dryer and the weather was wet so we struggled to get our laundry dry during our 3 night stay. Otherwise the accommodations were fabulous. Steve couldn’t have been nicer - the perfect host. So responsive and went above and behind to give us recommendations and even ordered a walking trail book I was having trouble finding in the states so that it was waiting for us when we arrived at the cottage! Go eat at the Angel! This is a great location and we would certainly stay here again!

What an amazing place!
There are no words to describe this gorgeous place. A gorgeous, well-maintained place full of history. The bedrooms were spacious, with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, with a full size frig and all the utensils you might need in case if you feel like cooking at home. The location is incredible – you are right in the center of everything, with a lot of great shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants nearby, so you do not have to drive anywhere. The town itself might get a bit noisy, but it comes with the popularity – there is a reason people love Burford and crowds of them come to visit it daily. (Just bring some earplugs if an early morning traffic noise might be a concern for you. We did not care since we are up early anyway) The place comes with a designated and secured parking spot; so no need to worry about your car being left outside on the streets. And as additional bonus, you have your own private secluded garden, very peaceful – a great spot for a glass of wine late at night. But there is even a bigger bonus – the owner of the place. The communication was smooth. The description of the place is so well-detailed that it answers pretty much any question you might have. And when we did contact the owner, any questions asked were answered right away, with a lot of information and in an incredibly friendly way. The accommodation was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to the Cotswolds.
