When you arrive at the property - you enter through the cafe/restaurant which looked lovely. Staff greeted us. enthusiastically. Our was very disppointing. The sheets were stained and had holes. ... we requested new ones but they were in the same condition. The bathroom was disgusting. There was mold everywhere in the shower. The grout around the sink was black with mold. The cabinet in the bathroom.. moldy and had hair in the drawer.

FANTASTIC
Fantastic little hotel on the water. A little hard to find as the signage is very small. Beautiful short stroll to the main areas of town. Our room was spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. There is no elevator at this hotel so be prepared to climb some stairs. Hotel has limited free parking and street parking.

The hotel is perfectly situated for walking to the IDO ferry terminal, but several kilometers from Mudanya old town. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, great water pressure and I found 1 TV channel in English! The staff were pleasant and polite, but I arrived for breakfast at 9am as I was told it was served from 9am, and on the first day it was after 9.30 when it arrived. I had only one full day there and I wanted to get on with it. Also it was served on a plate with masses of chips and 2 sausages which I had to ask them to remove. The second day my breakfast was SO much better, lots of salad and olives and no chips or sausage. It would be better if they asked if the customer wanted chips and sausage as many do not want chips for breakfast. Otherwise it was a good place to stay. However if you want wine or alcohol with your dinner you need to go to Mudanya old town.

Hotel is lovely, overlooking the sea. The manager and staff were all really helpful. The room was clean and big. Our view was amazing looking out of our large windows. No alcohol but it was ok to buy at a shop and and drink in the room.

Well-designed, artistically painted and comfortably furnitured hotel.The only thing you should know is "free parking space" is a street parking not a private parking area. Owner and the people who's serving are very sincere and helping.

Bursa Mudanya ilçesinde geçirdiğimiz tatili bambaşka bir seviyeye taşıyan bir işletme, kesinlikle ilk adım attığımız andan itibaren mükemmel ilgi alaka ve karşılama vardı.otelin konumu hem gezmek hem ulaşım için çok iyiydi,plajların çoğuna ve İdo’ya yürüme mesafesindeydi.çok güler yüzlü bir çalışma kadrosu ve kusursuz ilgi alaka vardı balık restoranı sorduk çok güzel bir yere yönlendirdiler rezervasyon sürecindede çok ilgilendiler.kahvaltı son derece iyiydi alt kat kafe kısmında yaptık üzerine içtiğimiz Türk kahvesi bile çok lezzetliydi.yaşadığımız tek aksilik mini barımız bozuktu fakat söylediğimizde çok alakadar oldular bize istediğimiz saatte meşrubat (su vs ikramlar) için arayıp odaya isteyebileceğimizi söylediler keza öylede oldu çok memnunuz tekrar Mudanya veya Bursa’ya gelirsek kesinlikle konaklayacağımız yer yalı bahçe butik otel olacaktır.şimdiden tüm arkadaşlarımıza tavsiye ediyoruz emeğiniz için çok teşekkür ederiz ☀️👋😊

Gerek Personelleriyle Genel Sahibiyle çok ilgili nezih bir hizmet sundular geldiğimizde karşılama olsun, bulunduğumuz vakitte ilgi alakaları olsun. Yapılan yorumlarda ses sıkıntısı demişler asla öyle bir durum yok saat 12 de kafe kapandığı için ses soluk yoktu muhteşem bir deneyim oldu, Hem kız arkadaşım hem ben çok memnun kaldık, Kahvaltı mükkemmeldi, odadaki klima muhteşem çalışıyor tüm gün boyunca oda 16 derecede idi.
