Assuming you're considering, this will hopefully be worth the read.
Location is about 40 minutes to 1 hour to major tours and most tourist attractions. This is obviously not the fault of the hotel, however, do your research on location. Taxis were available in abundance and there were restaurants, malls, amusement park, and 24 hour marts whinge walking distance.
Checking in was frustrating. There are 3 (possibly 4) high rise properties, yet there are multiple check in desks that are not clearly marked. We eventually found a gentleman walking the courtyard who assisted us to the check in desk. We would have not found this without walking around the entire property. This is obviously the last thing you want to de while carrying luggage after getting off a train. Check in was simple, you're provided a 8x11 sheet of paper with instructions, codes, passwords, and rules for the property.
Now for the room, we have reserved a two bedroom suite. This came with 4 hand towels (size is common in Korea) in one bathroom and 4 in the other. There were plenty of amenities, coffee maker but no coffee cups. Shot glasses and plastic drinking cups were provided. Microwave and burner, cook yet no utnsils no eat with?
Air conditioning remotes were finally located in the living room. There is a lovely couch for four guests, yet no extra blankets or bedding. Ultimately, the suite was stunning, a lot of great features, all appliances were new/sleek. However, it was lacking basic necessities.
