Burton Farmhouse - Exclusive Escapes

Burton Farmhouse is perfectly located on Caves Road 15km north of Margaret River.

It is in the Wilyabrup Valley, home of some of Margaret River’s premium wine labels. The farmhouse features 6 bedrooms sleeping a total of 14 people, a large living room, reading room, and alfresco entertaining area. Master bedroom has King bed, 4 other bedrooms contain 1 x Queen bed each, and the 6th bedroom contains 2x sets of bunk beds.

Burton Farm House is equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets,  Foxtel, wide verandah, wood floors and carpets throughout, and magnificent views over vineyards and rolling farm hills. You are within walking distance to Cheeky Monkey Brewery, and some of Australia's best swimming, surfing and fishing beaches are just a short drive away.

Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Please note: This property includes all linen and towels.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Please note this is a working farm and pets are strictly prohibited.

The garage is not accessible to guests.
