The home itself is well appointed with 4 spacious bedrooms and 3bathrooms (2 ensuites) split across two wings separating the master room and ensuite. The well appointed kitchens attractive open-plan design affords the host interaction with guests seated in the lounge, dining and external dining areas on northern alfresco area. The home is perfect for entertaining friends and family whilst also providing a separate games room for the kids.
The Master bedroom at the rear (Eastern Wing) of the house and consists of a very comfortable king sized bed, and storage space is at a premium with a huge walk in robe located between the bedroom and its modern ensuite. The second room has a queen and single bed with its own ensuite and the third room has a queen with two single beds in the final fourth room. The third and fourth bed are serviced by the family bathroom, which houses both a shower and bath and a small powder area.
Bifold doors lead you out to an alfresco area complete with comfortable seating and inbuilt outdoor BBQ kitchen complete with hot /cold sink. The is an extensive grassed area for the kids with the bonus of a garage that has been fully converted to a large games room, where the family can compete for bragging rights at table tennis.
Heating and cooling is provided by reverse cycle air conditioning in the master bedroom second bedroom and the living areas. Also perfect for the winter months where you can cosy up in front of the ambience of the wood fire with a fine bottle of Margaret river wine
Quite simply, this home is clean, modern and very relaxing, for you, your family and even your pets. If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking. Please be aware, as per local council regulations, pets cannot be left unattended at the property.
A starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
