nice hotel, the rooms look aged a little but are still fine. Hotel is on the main road and also backs onto the road by the sea. so a quick walk into rua das pedras is nice.

Horrible, horrible!
Not what I expected from the pictures. Old aircon unit sounded like a vaccum cleaner. Old bad/mattress way past its shelf life. A bath that takes 1 hour to fill. Little bugs everywhere in the room, flies hopping all over the breakfast food. Staff apathetic when I reported the above issues. I guess they are used to complaints. Sorry for the negative review but I had to be honest! There are loads of beautiful pousadas in Buzios so I encourage all international visitors to stay away from this place!

Great Location
Very good experience. Staff was great, hotel is great in a wonderful location. It is about a 5 minute walk to Rua das Pedras. We wanted to be close to all the shopping and this was the best.

Great Hotel. Great location. Poor front desk service
The hotel location is good (close to fun Centro and nightlife); pool is great (the best in Buzios); rooms comfortable (make sure you get pool or ocean view and that the room is mosquitoes free). Negative part is service. On arrival no staff accompanied us to the room (despite more than 5 standing in the lobby). On arrival to the room the balcony door was opened and room had mosquitoes all over. Called front desk for assistance and was given spray to fumigate the room after I called 3 times. No one care to go to the room to inspect how bad it was. The front desk clerk kept insisting it was normal, after I fumigated twice over a period of 5 hours the situation did not improved much. The Front desk was very reluctant to change the room insiing it was normal to have mosquitos and have the balcony door left open. I insited further fumigation and wait was not an option and front desk clerk agreed to cahange room. The new room was just next door and it was mosquito free so it was not “normal” the situation in the initial room. Once I moved to the new room all was good. The Hotel is really great just needs better service

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo a rua das Pedras. Dá para passear, fazer compras e ir aos restaurantes, tudo a pé. O local é limpo, quarto confortável. Porém precisa de pequenas reformas. Estacionamento com muito odor de mofo. O café da manhã é bem fraco. Sucos artificiais. Poucas opções de pães. Minha principal reclamação do hotel foi a qualidade do café da manhã, que precisa melhorar muito.

Gestão medíocre
tem tudo para ser uma referencia em búzios , no entanto … a gestão catastrófica consegue fazer o impossível de o tornar um hotel não recomendável. Tem uma situação geográfica perfeita a 7 minutos a pé da rua das pedras num quadro verdejante magnífico e com infraestruturas com excelente potencial . No entanto , para além de precisar de obras em quase todos os espaços (quartos principalmente) , tem um cheiro nauseabundo a mofo um pouco por todo o lado devido a uma má higiene, chuveiros antigos com um jorro de água ao invés de um chuveiro a sério , equipa de manutenção disponível mas sem meios , mobília antiga e degradada e o pequeno almoço, então esse é simplesmente ridículo . Como exemplo coloco duas fotos . A do único grelhador de pão que deve servir todo o hotel ( é bem maior o da minha casa de praia )e o que deveria ser uma omolete de presunto e ovo pelo qual esperei 25 minutos . É-me apresentado isso que se vê na foto e que nem comentários merece . É triste porque este hotel com uma gestão “competente“ poderia ser muito mas muito melhor !

Lindo hotel só precisa de algumas melhorias. Ar condicionado fazia muito barulho desligamos para poder dormir. Um pouco de cheiro de mofo no quarto. Café da manhã muito bom fora os sucos que não são naturais. Piscina muito linda e localização excelente. Acho que o hotel deve estar arrendado por isto não investem. Tem umas paredes com a cor verde muito antiga. De resto tudo muito bom.
