The front desk gentleman was very nice. Check in was one of the best we have had in a while.

The hotel had friendly service & the room was really & clean. The only issue was the noise from installing a new roof, but that was normal for any building.

The pictures posted of the cabin on the website were accurate. After reviewing hundreds of properties, I got the feeling that other property pictures were taken to be intentionally misleading. Example: Some pictures were taken three inches from the water in the hot tub to intentionally misrepresent the location of the hot tub in reference to the location on the property...a lie by omission (in my opinion) to suggest it was in a private location, when it was not. We chose Firefly cabin because accurate pictures by the owner showed the hot tub was in a private location. It is a beautiful cabin located in a secluded area about 30 minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It is very nice and very clean. The highlights for me were having my morning coffee in the hot tub while watching the sunrise and soaking in it with a mixed drink in the evening after a long day of visiting the attractions. We didn't have any communication with the owner or property manager because we didn't need to. Everything was exactly as advertised, so we planned accordingly. We enjoyed our stay and the cabin very much! We will consider this property first the next time we plan a trip to the Great Smoky Mountains!

We really enjoyed our stay and glamping experience. The entry instructions were easy to follow and it was a little bit magical walking down to the tent for the first time. Everything was perfect and very clean, even for my clean freak husband. We stayed with our 3 year old who was very excited to find games and toys for him to play with. We loved sitting on the balcony and even though it got into the upper 30s, we were all warm in our beds without the electric blankets. They really thought of everything you may need for a stay and to cook dinner. There was also plenty of firewood and even kindling and paper to get it started. Really all you need to bring is food! Everything else is taken care of! Host is very responsive. Its very private but I would say the only downside is the dogs barking at night. But everything else still makes it worth it. We would make the 5 hour trip down again! We headed into the Smokies and to Anakeesta, in Gatlinburg, which was a lot of fun for the 3 year old. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Staff was very helpful. We were originally assigned a room on the 2nd floor, but they switched us to a room on the first floor after they learned we had a dog with us.
