Bad communication & cold shower
"I receievd a text asking me to verify my id. But the link didnt work. After spending nearly 45min on hold i was told the link sent through hotels booking was not correct. Ofcourse this was a premium rate number. After trying to complain the line was cut off. Also the shower was cold"

"Awful. Never got in! On a busy street above takeaway shops, no parking. Got instructions to check in, paid an extra £150 on top of price as security deposit. Front door code didn’t work.
