The hotel is good but for a 4 stars something is missing. With a price tag so important there are few things that I want to point out, it is not acceptable that you have to buy a bottle of water for the room. 1 bottle should be complimentary every day. Come on !!! The AC in the room is positioned completely wrong and it is blowing on your face, while sleeping, all night. Unacceptable. After 2 nights I had to stay in bed 1 full day because of cough and fever. Opening the windows to find some confort is not feasible, it seems to have a full crowd inside your room, too many noises and voices all around. The TV service is poor, no signal most of the time and not reliable. No channels in English. Room service: You have a tag to attach outside the door once you are out (It says: I am out exploring) so the service on the room can be done. Twice, mid morning, someone knocked on the door waking me and my wife. Once I opened the door they asked if they can do the room. Really??? And I didn't see a tag with the sign Do not Disturb. I am now in a different hotel for one fifth of the price and I am not able to find the justification for the difference. I don't want to pay just because this was the old English Embassy and the Duke of Wellington was staying there,
