Great location
Great location - close to the beach and the old town. It is a bit noisy though, and one key with a card for power is a bit restricting, as is the high level window between the bedrooms.

Beautiful apartment with a few issues
While the listing for this apartment appears directly on this platform, it is actually managed by a third-party company named CostaSur, necessitating communication and payment through their portal. Direct contact with the owner, Daniel, via WhatsApp was essential for key arrangements, as he doesn't appear to monitor platform messages here. The apartment itself impresses with spaciousness, tasteful decoration, cleanliness, and a comprehensive range of amenities, complemented by the flexibility of an early check-in.However, the ground-floor location adjacent to a busy road, frequented by both pedestrians and buses, significantly detracts from the tranquility, making restful sleep elusive due to persistent noise, including that from the garage door. Additionally, a noticeable sewage-like odor emerged when the apartment was left unoccupied for a few hours. The electricity requires activation via a hotel-style key card, inconveniently tethered to the key, thus precluding the ability to charge devices in one's absence. The absence of provided shampoo was another minor inconvenience.The welcome was conducted by Daniel's parents, who, while very friendly, communicated exclusively in Spanish. Fortunately, my understanding of the language sufficed to comprehend the essentials of our stay.Despite these issues, the apartment's quality and amenities still commend it for consideration, albeit with caveats regarding noise and communication.

La comunicación es irregular, xq uno te dice una cosa y luego te llama Censi para preguntarte q necesitas y al final te dice q no puede concederlo, en mi caso necesitaba q me abriran el sofa cama, ya q la cama de matrino es MUY PEQUEÑA y tengo un bebé q duerme con nosotros, como no cabiamos los 3 pues mi esposo se fue al sofa xq la otra habitación no la abrieron (yo dije q no me la brieran pero despues de la mala noche q pasamos pedi que me abrieran la puerta del cuarto o el sofa cama para q mi esposo durmiera mejor y me dijeron que el sofa cama NO SERVIA y q la habitacion no me la podian abrir xq eramos solo 2 adultos que no la necesitaríamos) pues nada no me lo concedieron y seguimos durmiendo de la misma forma, los anfitriones son extremadamente desconfiados y te ponen muchas condiciones con el tema del gasto de energia, la refri el congelador estaba sucio y la sabana que tebia el sofa estaba sucia y picaba mucho, te dejan ahi pastillas para lavar totalmente en mal estado, derretidas, pero bueno el apartamento en buena zona si que lo esta, otro tema es el parking que no es facil encontrar, pero por lo demas supongo que bien, pero personalmente NO RECOMIENDO solo por los anfitriones y TODAS las condiciones que te ponen, no te sientes en casa

ubicacion perfecta
el piso esta muy nuevo, cerca del centro y de una playa, en coche se tarda poco tanto para el palmar donde estuvimos, como para costa ballena, sitios que aconsejo en Cadiz. solo que se escuchan las tuberias de los pisos superiores por la noche

El apartamento está bien situado, a unos 15 minutos andando del centro y a 5 minutos de la playa andando. El alojamiento está bastante bien, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en familia. Los autobuses en la puerta y la comunicación buena. Totalmente recomendable.
