Very clean but the property is only new. Undercover parking would be nice. The property won’t look so sterile if they grow lots of trees around the place. There was no power point on the kitchen bench to boil the jug. Credit card fees too high.

We liked this new complex so much, we made a return visit. Staff went out of the way to ensure everything went well again as we had more time to enjoy the outside areas. The outdoor sitting areas are spacey & very well furnished. Special thanks to Maryanne & Kirsten for the favours they did for us. Kirsten was super accommodating & friendly. Good luck for the next development stage.

Trinity Collegiate is new & sparkling and Maryanne and her staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was ideal. Our apartment was light, airy and spacious and the modern facilities and equipment made self catering and entertainment a breeze. The pool & surrounds were super clean and the reception area will be super when fully open. .

Clean, quiet and like new
Everything is clean and in good condition. Loved the big sliding doors and that there was a ceiling fan and a reverse cycle unit. I prefer not to use air-con, and it was easy to get fresh air. Plenty of parking. It's good that the shower head allows removal in case you just want to wash just your feet. I would stay there again.

It’s new and very clean quiet and a mob wallabies outside my window on the second floor! Last room! I feel very at ease because I am a bit of a germs phobic so it suit me very well. I extended my stay and don’t want to leave😍. Rainy weather while I was there! It’s good to come in winter for it’s a mild weather. Summer must be unbearable for me and for some people alike. CBD is similar to Brisbane and Gold Coast feel!

This is a very new property. The unit I stayed in for a week was really well thought out and very comfortable and livable. I love the location. You'd need a car. There is a pool which I didn't have time to use, but which looked great. Reception is very friendly and expansive. I'd recommend a stay.

The quality, design and facilities in the unit were all impeccable. The owners and staff were very communicable. It's all so new. To be expected, some minor (amusing) bugs need sorting out such as the TV remotes working through the walls and therefore acting on the wrong TV unit. Onsite meals and refreshments will make a stunning stay. Definitely recommend and will book again. Wonderful.. thank you.

This is an absolutely amazing property. It was only opened in May 2024 and is one of the best places that we have ever stayed in. Google Maps can direct you to it but the corresponding photo of it is still missing. The staff are wonderfuilly friendly and helpful. They made us feel very much at home and looked after. The hotel is located in a quiet area with rainforest behind it and a view of the mountains in front of it. There is a busstop nearby for buses to Trinity Beach and Kewarra Beach beaches in one direction and Smithfield and Cairns in the other directions. The hotel provides information for tours. It has a lovely swimming pool and in coming months will open a cafe. In the meantime there are two restaurants and a cafe around ten minutes walk away. We love to walk and there are some great bushwalks nearby such as the Cattana Wetlands and Earl Hill. Normally, we like to try different places to stay, but next time we come to Cairns, we hope that we can stay there again.

Power points to far away from kitchen bench. Had to move dining table to use kettle and toaster. TV would have been better if it was mounted on a arm so it could move position and only one occasion chair to sit on for two people. Staff excellent friendly and happy to help. Great communication and trouble free check in and out.
