I love sonesta but my last visit was a nightmare . The toilet was leaking the whole night and my son and myself were not able to sleep the whole night. I called them early in the morning complaining and instead of moving me to another room they sent someone to fix it but i have the same problem again so i called them and they moved me to a better room but the new room has a lot of problem. The safe does not work, the sink has problem and the water will leak out when i use the sink, no iron for my clothes and the smell of the bathroom was horrible.it is really bad to see this hotel in this very miserable shape. What a shame.they need a new management to replace the current one.

First time in Africa and visiting Cairo. I was able to arrange pickup from airport late into the evening and had a very nice drive from the airport to the hotel. As a female traveling alone, I felt safe and comfortable. The hotel was very nice and big with different types of people from around the world staying there. I will reserve a room in the future when I return to Cairo.

I already provided this feedback. The rooms are noisy - I could hear conversations in the next room with doors banging at all hours of the night. Front desk was helpful in accommodating my needs, but sometimes it was hard to get their attention. Otherwise an excellent hotel

We had a pleasant stay. Our concerns were met and staff were responsive. Loved the buffet. Felt comfortable.with the room except the noise level from the room next door was high with room service at 2 am, doors banging and could hear their conversations.

I love the place, probably my only complaint is not enough options for food such of gluten free items, and the receptionist pretty rude. Other than that amazing people specially the cleaning stuff love them all.
