I ended up at this hotel after having left a previous one two days prior as it was just too bad. I stayed for one night at the Best Western but as they were fully booked for the weekend I could not stay beyond the one night. I searched other hotels in the area and booked a room at the Prive Marina. Once I got there I realised that it belong to the same group of hotels as the one I had checked out of two days prior. As I was to stay there for just one night I decided to close my eyes to any shortcomings and just get some rest. The experience was similar to the one had at their sister hotel, Prive Atrium Thermas (see my review for that hotel under the hotel listing). The room is offered bare of any amenities - as I am travelling for about a month, one would expect to find simple things like shampoo, soap, fresh usable towels, hair drier, some water in the fridge, etc. There was absolutely nothing. Wi-fi connectivity was an issue again as was the food, which consisted of a selection of processed foods and drinks, with the exception of some fresh fruit provided. The restaurant is in an open area, so there was a big problem with flies and birds that kept coming to the tables to feed on leftovers on plates that were not being collected soon after guests had finished their "meal". I was so disgusted by what I saw that I drove into town for dinner instead as I didn't want to repeat the breakfast experience. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again or recommended it to anybody.

A acomodação é agradável, pudemos apreciar a natureza, especialmente araras e outros pássaros, e até uns miquinhos!! Mas fiquei decepcionada no check-in: fiz reserva pra dois quartos, pois viajávamos com amigos, e ficamos em blocos separados; solicitei pra mudar, mas a resposta foi que teria que esperar que outro apartamento fosse limpo, o que pareceu ser um dificultador. também me surpreendeu o café da manhã no sistema "à la carte" (na sexta), Foi bem servido, mas poderiam mencionar na reserva tais condições. E a piscina. onde tem o playground, não era aquecida, e a água estava muito fria... não deu pra aproveitar essa estrutura!

Amei minha viagem. Apartamento bem organizado, limpo, com opções de roupa de cama, toalha, sabonetes, segurança. Recepção e toda a equipe de trabalho atenciosos e educados. Programação de mês de Junho maravilhoso e bem organizado. Volto nesse lugar com certeza. Transporte até a lagoa quente, excelente: microonibus muito bom com motorista atencioso, com cumprimento de horários.

Não voltaríamos! Quarto precisa de manutenção, banheiro com mofo. Roupas de cama velhas e rasgadas. Somente uma piscina aquecida, e mesmo assim temperatura baixa. Caldas Novas pede água quente! Essa é a fama do lugar! Fechamos pensão completa, mas a alimentação ficou a desejar. Ponto positivo: a vista para o lago! Se quer sossego averiguar programação do Náutico que fica ao lado. Teve festa duas noites “Jef Party” e o som estava insuportável! (17h-2h).

O hotel é bom, tem seus quartos como ponto forte, é espaçoso bem mobiliado falta Tv no quarto de casal, os quartos sao grandes e bonitos, o cafe da manhã, almoço e janta não tem muitas opções mas é bom. Infelizmente não tem toalha de piscina isso todos hotris disponibiliza, o wifi é uma mierda muito ruim é melhor o 2G do celular, é isso mesmo nao errei o 2g é mais rapido do q o wifi do hotel. Tem 3 piscinas apenas, o nome Marina é aleatório não tem não tem nada perto do lago q é bunito,,,, poderia ter feito algo igual o hotel do lado fez.
