It was disappointing to arrive and wait in line for more than 30 mins for the check-in (registration process). The hotel rate includes parking, but there were not available parking spaces. One of the two rooms that I rented did not have hot water, nor towels. I called customer service, the hotel repaired the water issue the following day, but never provided with clean towels. The room had a bad smell. I believe the only good thing about this hotel is the location and a Starbucks, which opening was the day that we were leaving.

Not worth the price
The last time i went to this hotel it was great. Unfortionatly this time they had several events going on and my stay was the worst.on the first night my room was on the first floor and they had a live band playing until 1 am. Couldnt get my kids to sleep then the following day the main pool was closed off because of another event. Parking was terrible and room service was bad. I will definately be looking for a different place next time.
