The property lacked any sort of shop with common necessities. As well, there was an issue with the hot watter supply. More than once there was no or very limited hot water in the shower.

New Year’s Eve and hotel staff did not keep patrons under control. Room next to us was up playing karaoke until 0630 and they were beyond loud - unfortunate.

I was unable to check in, the lady at the front desk named “Erin” was completely unprofessional, arrogant and couldn’t give me the time of day to help sort out my situation since I didn’t have a physical credit card on me. I was told to deposit cash and pay $500 on my debit card. Once I had gone to a bank to deposit cash and pay almost $800 for a single nights stay, I was turned away and told there would be no refund. I will NEVER recommend the Deerfoot Inn and Casino to anyone.

Short staycation after attending a concert, which was great fun. Room was very clean, the food was good friendliness and service of the staff was excellent. Just me personally I would like to see a little better lighting. That would definitely stay again.

This is the second year that we have stayed with the Deerfoot Inn because it is central to the family activities that we participate in over the Christmas holidays. I find the staff to be warm, friendly, genuine, well-trained, responsive to special requests for service, even though the hotel is somewhat short-staffed over the Christmas holidays. In addition, staff are tolerant and supportive of elderly clients special needs and overall very helpful. The one request I would make is that a comfortable padded lounge chair be placed in the family rooms which, until now, have only contained utilitarian "kitchen chairs" that are definitely not designed to relax in. Had that kind of chair been available in our family room, it definitely would've enhanced our enjoyment of our occupancy.
