Got in at 22:00 Check in was quick but the clerk seemed like we were interrupting her. None of the USB charging ports worked in our room, second room that we've had there with that issue. They turn one elevator off in the evening to save power I guess so with only one operating, we had to wait longer. Ice maker turned off on the fourth floor, saving on the power bill again. Ice maker on the second floor worked but the elevator would not respond so I had to take the stair back to the fourth floor. I'm old, not an easy task.

The place is good and the staff is just ok. We are a family of 4 but the towel in the room is just for 1 person and I need to wait for 12 minutes for the towel and I don't know why it takes too long while I'm just waiting in the front desk and the laundry is at the back of the office few steps away. and I don't know what happened why the water in the water slide stopped and did not resume because we still have an hour left for swimming.

overall decent property. Our room only had one facecloth for 4 of us and one roll of toilet paper. we were also missing cups for coffee, Breakfast was ok, it was busy and limited seating. Wouldnt stay here again.

I tried to extend my stay and it was very complicated for such a simple thing. Charging extra for security deposit was ridiculous for someone staying in the same room and just trying to extend the nights. I have stayed multiple times for the fact it doesn’t have pets but I’m considering a different location for next time.

The hotel was okay, the room looked really nice when we arrived but upon looking further I found some stains on the bed sheets the towels. We were only given one face cloth for 2 people. The pool was beyond packed, the hot tub didn’t look that clean with the brown crud in the corners. Garbage was overflowing outside the hotel almost the entire time we were there for 3 days. I tried calling the hotel multiple times to ask some questions regarding what time breakfast started and no one answered the 4 times I tried calling. We could hear kids running around above us past 10:30 at night. The breakfast was decent considering it was free. It’s a really nice hotel and it it was taken care of properly cleanliness is really lacking.
