Portsl for booking did not push thru from company and difficulty at desk getting checked in. Ended up having to use my persoanl credit card to pay for the room as they would jot process the card on file from the company without the holder of the card physically being there. PRETTY SURE THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY ISN'T FLYING OUT FROM PETERBOROUGH TO CHECK ME IN. I have been told by manager that this hotel has been removed from our booking list.

This hotel has been consistently good. The only suggestion i might make is to update or service the faucets in the bathrooms. Steady drip from the faucets. Despite that, I will continue to stay in this hotel. Real.good value!

I enjoyed my stay. It was my first time in Calgary and I would stay again if i needed a place to crash during my visit. It was clean and safe and my room was adequately cleaned each day and the housekeepers all had good attitudes and the free breakfast everyday was awesome!

Extremely cold rooms. Can't charge to your room from the restaurant. Not much around in terms of restaurants or convenience stores. They will charge you for water. Using the app, made it very difficult to pay. Breakfast buffet had very little fruit. You were not allowed to take fruit or bread out of the buffet area. They had scrambled eggs that were terrible. Not freshly made. Coffee was not delicious. It is close to the airport. There are better hotels in Calgary.

Absolutely NOISY guests in other rooms slamming doors , banging walls, walking around in workboots / highheels and talking way too loud in the halls . I wish people were more considerate of other hotel guests . This is a hotel...not a place to be disruptive , rude , disrespectful and stupid . Wake up be aware be polite , courtesy matters and so do manners

We have stayed here on a prior trip to Calgary and once again enjoyed our stay. Only one problem and that is the cleaning staff, of which I asked about 3 different ladies, all said , they clean the room and then spray the room with deoderizer as they exit after cleaning. Every time we entered the room 319, it hits you in the face, a cheap perfume strong smell. We opened the window, turned on the fan, and asked that no one enter to change our towels, bedding, etc. We gathered what was needed from the front desk. As a person sensitive to smells, this was not a pleasant stay this time. Would recommend this procedure not to continue as I cannot be the only smell sensitive person who stays in the hotel. All staff stated I should talk to front counter --- they couldn't do anything as it is the cleaning staff procedure. Very dissappointing, stay this time. The hotel was great! Very very quiet & convenient to everything we needed. The only thing we didn’t like was the tv and the remote. It was a challenge trying to figure it out. But all in all it was a great place to stay.
