I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Calgary, and it was an average experience. Honestly, it’s what you’d expect from one of the cheapest options in the city. The room was okay—clean enough, but nothing special. If you’re hoping for a great breakfast, you might want to look elsewhere. The “continental breakfast” was very basic: just muffins, bread, butter, jam, water, juice, and coffee. That’s it. No hot options or variety, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, if you’re just looking for a budget place to crash for the night, this might work for you. But if you’re expecting more amenities or a fulfilling breakfast, you might want to consider other options.

Both this hotel and Expedia will not get my service again. The hotel is a poor hotel, with bad staff, and Expedia has no way for me to call it. Just some BS online runaround stuff you make your customers do without ever having to talk to them. We you both got my money this time but that will be it. Get lost.

I've stayed here before and always found it to be excellent - clean, warm, etc. Upon checkin this time, the computers were down and myself and another guest unable to check in as per normal - fornt clerk (Shiraz?) looked at our e-mail confirmations, gave us a room rather than make us wait. Approx 1/2 later computers back up and we were able to complete check in - top marks to him!!
