No ekevator. Main water pipe broke and hard to maneuver small parking lot with trucks filling tanks of water left on the lot. Front entrance closed off due to broken water pipe. No water pressure on the shower Noisy Close to chinook mall and Smuggler’s Inn restaurant

Unfortunately there was a water line break during our visit and we had no water for one day while the staff tried to rectify this issue. Although the location to dining was excellent, I don't think I would stay there again. The place could do with a big upgrade. Personally, I am a hotel type of person, not a motel type. This is a me issue

We quite enjoyed our stay at this location. The bed was super comfy. The staff was great. The only problem that we did have was it was extremely noisy in the hallways from 5 o’clock in the morning on, and we were not able to sleep.

The staff are amazing! I love the rooms and the pool/hottub! Parking was tricky, so many big trucks in small spaces, but the manager gave me his spot :) I would definitely request to be at the end furthest from the smoking area, was ppl taking and could smell smoke and vaping in our room from 6am-12pm. Checked out Friday, just got back my damage today (Wednesday). Can you imagine how tricky it is for people staying at multiple hotels while travelling with $200 deposits each night? Great staff, incredibly clean rooms, comfy beds and bedding. Thanks.

The only complaint I would have is that my room was right beside the designated hotel smoking area…which is very nicely done but noisy in the room till just about midnight as it seems to be quite a gathering spot! The room was very clean and spacious!

The only concern was the number of reviews about people reporting bed bugs. Definitely would not stay again after that as I do not want to take the risk. We inspected out room and no bed bugs.
