Hotels needs updates. Was stuck in the elevator and tired the bell and alarm luckily my husband opened the door and we got out. Maintenance was standing like why did you get in?? No sign - he was just applying out of order. I have stayed many times. This time was not good. Room super hot even with air on .

I have stayed at this hotel several time as it is my favorite hotel in Cali. The view from the room is beautiful and is a constant reminder of being on vacation. There is also a rooftop restaurant which has amazing food and nightlife. All of the staff is polite and attentive. Traveling in taxi to nearby restaurants or attractions is inexpensive and convenient as the hotel is close to everything.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. I was on the 20th floor and could hear traffic but was quiet during the night. Room service was good. Would stay here again.
