No pude alojarme en el apartamento
Cuando contacte con la propietaria me dijo q no tenía ningún anuncio enVRBO. No conocía la Web. No pude alojarme en el apartamento pues estaba ocupada y la propietaria no le constaba la reserva. Hice reclamación a la plataforma y 2 semanas después no tengo noticias no he recibido el reembolso del alquiler pagado. Iba con mis hijas menores y nos encontramos en la Calle sin sitio donde dormir. Experiencia horrible.
