There was a huge cockroach in the bathroom. You couldnt see at the sink because there are no lights in that area. The bathroom door wouldn't stay partially closed, I sleep with the bathroom light on for a nightlight. But, the requirement to hold $50 for incidentals on my card on a prepaid hotel stay is excessive!. The manager told me it was in the online pages telling us about it before we pay. I still can't find any proof he wasn't lying.

Breakfast was lack luster. Maid service did not come back to room after we left to replace towels or make beds. Air unit was old and was hard to maintain comfortable room temperature. The vents were extremely dusty in bathroom and on air unit.

The walls and floor in the bathroom were not clean. I paid for 2 queens but got 2 full size beds. Not even actually full standard. The beds were uncomfortable and the room had a weird odor.
